Your tasks

 

  • Establishment & technical/ disciplinary leadership of the E/E Vehicle Management Team
  • Leadership & support in the establishment, application, & optimization of (1) release management, (2) integration management, (3) problem & change management, as well as (4) requirements management for the HOLON Mover
  • Coordination of external development partners for the E/E-specific toolchain
  • Development of necessary technical competencies & resources for E/E integration tools & processes
  • Budget responsibility for the E/E Vehicle Management

 

Your profile

 

  • Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum of 4 years experience within an automotive OEM or tier-1 supplier, ideally with focus on E/E systems & vehicle development
  • Profound knowledge in the areas of release management, integration management, problem & change management
  • Leadership experience, intercultural competence, ability to work in a team & assertiveness
  • Very good knowledge of German & English, both written & spoken
