Your tasks

 

  • Comply with project cost, weight, quality, and timing targets
  • Create, comply, and enhance DFMA and all robustness disciplines
  • Lead the CAD team to achieve the routing, retention, and packaging requirements
  • BOM consistency between CAD, Windchill and PREEvision
  • Plan and execute the DVP as well as implement the design improvements
  • Solve issues including cross-functional interfaces
  • Measure the design maturity and report risks in a meaningful timing
  • Plan and execute prototyping support and reworking

 

Your profile

 

  • Completed studies in the field of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of experience with wiring harness development and EDS
  • Knowledge in EDS parts development such as grommets, channels, fuse boxes, etc
  • 3D CAD Knowledge (Catia, Windchill, CREO)
  • Understanding of automotive E/E systems
  • Intercultural competence, ability to work in a team & assertiveness
  • Very good knowledge of German & English, both written & spoken
