- Conducts import and export handling considering legal regulations for the FTZ, C-TPAT, and other Government Entities governing the foreign material transaction - Handles all Free Trade Agreement related customer requests and supplier solicitations - Manages the foreign trade zone requirements including documentation, record keeping, and compliance to the regulations - Manages and advises the facility management on the security and access controls required under the regulations - Ensures frictionless international trading - Reports daily, weekly and monthly data to customs and foreign trade authorities (in due time) - Obtains approval from local authorities concerning customs handling - Maintains a strong working relationship with the Customs and Boarder Protection Authorities - Classifies import and export goods according to effective nomenclature - Management of Customs Bonds - Verifies import and export invoices and create/complete proforma invoices and export documents - Aligns customs and transport modalities with plants, if necessary - Provides support to all activities assigned by the direct supervisor. - Those generated by Global Skill Matrix (ViFlow). |
