Job Responsibilities

• Assist in development of work procedures, PM’s and LOTO.
• Participate in plant 5S and Lean manufacturing programs as well as all continuous improvement activities.
• Practice “Root Cause Analysis” to determine solutions to problematic process issues.
• Be an active safety advocate.
• Follow all company rules and policies.
• Coordinate effective repairs and maintenance on equipment utilizing SAP.
• Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Assign daily maintenance activities.
• Provide hands on assistance as needed for maintenance personnel, contractors, and Electrical Specialists.
• Provide necessary training and support to maintenance personnel.
• Plan and coordinate weekly and yearly outages.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification required.
• AA/AS or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Technical degree preferred but not required.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
• Seamless Pipe Mill experience greatly desired.
• Foerster or other pipe non-destructive testing systems experience.
• Strong Safety Awareness and experience.
• LOTO experience.
• Strong electronics knowledge of NDT equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• SAP and SAP Maintenance module experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel.
