Core Responsibilities:

• Review of customer requirements, conducting impact analysis and propose decision regarding software change and implementation.
• Creation and maintenance of business documentation, related procedure documents and training materials.
• Design, implement and support data analytics and applications for the quality and logistics teams.
• Support good data quality in quality and propose and execute actions for improvement.
• Performing of ad hoc data analysis and creation/maintaining of standard logistics and quality reports.
• Maintain communication with internal and external team members to ensure good two-way communication.
• Support risk mitigation and management of unplanned system downtime scenarios.
• Perform process and application knowledge transfer where necessary.
• Create and maintain system documentation, related procedure documents and training materials. Conduct key and end-user training.
• Collaborate with management to ensure teamwork efficiency.
• Maintain high quality of in-house developed software, data handling and storage.
• Maintain suitable coding standards.
• Create and maintain system documentation, related procedure documents and training materials.
• Execute functional review of requirements and provision of feedback to demand managers.
• Support code reviews as contribution to continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred Information Systems/Information Technology) or combination of education and 1-2 year’s related work experience.
• Basic knowledge in application management and customizing.
• Basic knowledge in data management, storing, logging, evaluation.
• Basic experience with minimum of one SQL database like Oracle or SQL Server.
• Basic experience with reporting tools.
• Knowledge in data handling and analysis.
• Basic knowledge of process analysis and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• 1+ years of software development experience.
• Basic knowledge in software design, development, testing and documentation
• Proven knowledge in using common development tools like Microsoft development studio, TFS, Gitlab, etc.
• Proven knowledge in software development languages C/C++, C#, Java Script and HTML
• 1+ years data base design and implementation, preferred Microsoft SQL Server required.
• Preferable basic knowledge in networking technology (SAN, LAN, and related hardware).
• Preferable experience with SQL design/optimization, specifically MS SQL (Table Structure, Procedures, Triggers, Index creation, SSIS, etc.)
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and willingness to learn.
