Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensures IT systems, tools and procedures are compliant with BENTELER IT Security policies and standards.
  • Implement operational procedures for local IT services.
  • Administrates, documents, and optimizes local IT infrastructure services on a basic level
  • Monitors local IT infrastructure services to prevent incidents and proactively reporting of possible risks.
  • Coordinates external suppliers.
  • Executed 2nd level support services: User support Windows standard application; Communication with BENTELER Service Desk; Create and track Service Request Tickets, Incidents
  • When directed, installation of BENTELER standard hardware, phone and Prod. printers.
  • Moving hardware, installation of hardware into cabinets.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • AA/AS in IT or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience as IT technician.
  • Experience with IT Ticket system, preferable ServiceNow, Software Distribution, preferable MS intune.
  • Expereinece with Office and Production IT, preferable experience in a production environment.
  • Expereince with Industrial Printers, Industrial scanners, and User support in an industrial environment.
  • Excellent communication, time management, planning, and organizational skills.
