Your opportunity

 

  • Administer and monitor IT KPIs of the AMERICAS BENTELER Market.
  • Analyze, evaluate and solve the incidents not solvable on the 1st level; if not solved remotely, forward them to 3rd level or Local IT.
  • Handle the requests and incidents according to agreed processes and time frames.
  • Cooperate with other teams and departments to solve all requests and incidents from AMERICAS Market that can be solved remotely.
  • Install and administrate available / standard systems to end users.
  • Provide documentation to 1st level (Shared Services Center Service Desk) regarding AMERICAS Market specifics.
  • Maintain and extend knowledge database to both IT and End Users.
  • Identify new tasks for Service Desk, propose ideas to improve procedures and processes in the respective Service Group, thinking to improve the User Experience.
  • Take over operational tasks from 3rd level, related to IT Operations.
  • Preparation of KPIs to the IT Shared Services Center Manager regarding services given in IT Operations.
  • Active monitoring of critical IT services / assets, granting a quick response when something fails (open incident, contact Local IT, escalation of issues, etcetera).

 

Your personality

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in support, maintenance and network administration
  • WAN/LAN Networking (Cisco CCNA or equivalent) (Desirable)
  • Windows server, Active Directory.
  • Have a profound knowledge about Clients, Network & Server Infrastructure
  • Knowledge about TCP IP protocols
  • Advanced knowledge/experience about peripherals, hardware and networking
  • Know basics about global, regional and local IT landscape
  • Fluent English language / Excellent communication skills
  • Portuguese language (Desired)
  • Teamwork / Ability to work in remote team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills required
