As our Integration Engineer, you will take the key technical role in advancing our CMDB and IT Asset Management ecosystem powered by ServiceNow. You’ll ensure that data sources are integrated smoothly, accurately mapped, and continuously improved to support IT operations, security, and service management processes.


Your chance

  • Build and maintain integrations into the ServiceNow CMDB
  • Configure and enhance CMDB, MID Servers, Data Fabric, APIs, and Import Sets
  • Implement and refine transform maps, attribute mappings, and IRE reconciliation rules
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and improve data quality
  • Work closely with CMDB Architects, Source Owners, and ITSM Process Owners
  • Drive continuous improvement in integration architecture and automation

Your personality

  • 2-3 years Experience with ServiceNow, ideally in CMDB, MID Servers and IRE
  • Good understanding of server, network, cloud and client infrastructures
  • Experience with scripting (JavaScript on ServiceNow), APIs, or automation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical topics clearly
  • A passion for stable integrations, clean data, and iterative improvements
  • ServiceNow certifications (CIS‑Discovery, CIS‑CMDB, CAD, etc.) is an advantage
  • Familiarity with ITIL or ITSM processes is an advantage
  • Experience with automation is an advantage
