Your Chance

  • Drives implementation of IT platform and IT infrastructure standards and tasks defined by Corporate IT, Platforms, and Infrastructure 
  • Collects, verifies, and addresses details from the Corporate IT standards for the implementation of the defined IT processes and tasks
  • Addresses Change, Demand and Enhancement requests and implements changes for the defined IT standards and tasks and monitors and follows up them. Also escalates in case of very long response and implementation time. Ensures quality by coordinating functional tests.
  • Proactive Communication between involved IT teams, application owners and Demand owners.
  • Supports Corporate IT and divisional IT inventory control to document and improve the configuration management system
  • Supports Corporate IT teams in the roll-out and implementation of projects and standards in general
  • Proactive resolving of Incidents and Requests inclusive user support.
  • Continuous improvement and automatization of provided IT infrastructure services in alignment with the CoE Workplace

 

Requirements

  • Technical Engineer in Computing/Infrastructure/Endpoint Management
  • Degree in Information technologies or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with the administration and configuration of Windows clients
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in various automatism languages (PowerShell/VBS/VBA/BAT/AutoIT)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Patch Management processes
  • Preferred experience in Ivanti DSM, MS Intune
  • MS Windows related know-how and capabilities
  • Hardware and driver related knowledge
  • Active Directory/Azure AD knowledge
  • Fluent Business English skills required (speaking and writing)
  • Fluent German skills is a big plus (speaking and writing)
  • Active communication skills
  • Work team capabilities / able to work in remote team
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • Availability for travelling during training period
