At the Shared Service Centre in Prague, we provide internal services on a global level. We are currently looking for a specialist to strengthen our Master Data team belonging to Procurement Services department. If you are a team player, not afraid of responsibility and like to communicate, you are the right person for us!
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- Maintains the spare parts material master data
- Creation, management and dissemination of allocated master data processing
- Maintenace of app for spare parts order and users support (training, troubleshooting)
- Fulfilling the change requests in cooperation with various stakeholders
- Ensures that Shopfloor and SAP processes match
- Supports production plants to handle urgent requests (user support)
- Verifies if the related master data are administered correctly in SAP and initiates countermeasures in case of mistakes
- Supports the implementation of other technical standard solutions
REQUIREMENTS
- Accomplished high school or Bachelor/Master degree in business administration or similar field
- Fluent in English in writing and speaking
- German language on advantage
- SAP MM experience on advantage
- PC knowledge (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail & Customer orientation
- Position suitable for absolvents
