Your chance:

• Provide consulting, training, and support to key users of MES systems at regional and plant levels.
• Analyze, specify, and test system improvements (Change Requests) and resolve incidents.
• Collaborate closely with international teams and maintain constant communication with internal project teams and Shopfloor Application Experts.
• Contribute to digitalization and IT projects related to MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Support the optimization of production processes through the use of MES solutions.

Your personality:

• Relevant education and professional experience in IT consulting, with a focus on production and quality environments.
• Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Customer-oriented with a strong team mindset.
• Independent, structured, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in SQL (T-SQL) – capable of writing and understanding queries.
• Understanding of production and IT processes, particularly within the automotive supplier industry, is highly valued.
• Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken).
