Your chance

• Support the successful implementation of new projects, engineering activities, and process changes in alignment with customer requirements, ensuring improved product quality, on time delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Lead assigned projects, managing costs, timelines, and milestones.
• Plan and coordinate the set‑up and tear‑down of production equipment.
• Prepare technical performance specifications for equipment.
• Request, review, and compare supplier quotations for equipment, tooling, and spare parts.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze process data by working closely with production and quality teams to drive effective problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
• Provide on‑site floor support to troubleshoot process issues using CI methodologies and root cause analysis.
• Develop, update and document manufacturing processes to meet targets in cost, quality, scrap, labor efficiency and safety.
• Support customer product reviews by organizing prototypes, tooling, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards by promoting safe behaviors, identifying risks, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
