Your Opportunity

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for specialized technical roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure the hiring needs and goals are met.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to find the best talent, in a highly competitive tech landscape.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate motivations and evaluate based on values and behaviors
• Partner closely with candidates, keeping them updated at all stages and communicating feedback in a constructive way.

Your profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, ideally in start-ups
• You have a strong track record of hiring high-performing technical specialists.
• You have experience in independently sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates through direct recruitment strategies.

• You are familiar with tracking recruiting KPIs (e.g., pipeline health, response rates) and changing the hiring strategy when needed.
• You are comfortable working in dynamic environments and have a track record of achieving ambitious headcount growth targets.
• You have strong communication skills in German and English
  (C1 - full professional proficiency).

Skills and experience to set you apart

• Experience in specialized industry hiring (i.e., autonomous mobility, electric vehicle development)
• Experience working in a large enterprise, in addition to your start-up background
• Hands-on experience with Personio and SAP
