About the Role

We are establishing a new, German-owned Tier 1 automotive component manufacturing facility in KAEC. As part of this greenfield investment, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead the setup and development of our human resources function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full HR setup for a greenfield manufacturing site, including policies, procedures, and systems.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and local regulatory requirements.
• Partner with leadership to define and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for all departments.
• Develop training and development programs tailored to a manufacturing environment.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and retention strategies.
• Build a strong organizational culture that reflects both local values and global standards.
• Liaise with government authorities (e.g., GOSI, MHRSD) and manage Saudization requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in manufacturing or automotive industry, preferably in a greenfield or startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance.
• Fluent in English AND Arabic is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and change management skills.
• We are looking for a candidate with Saudi citizenship
