Your Personality 

• Works to continually improve SHE(Saftey, Health & Environment) in the plant throough a safety mindset
• Implement and maintain the ISO 45001 and 14001 Management System
• Improving Waste Management in the plant through inspections, tracking and continuous monitoring
• Document and report on all SHE related concerns, incidents and accidents, as well as support with SWI and root cause analysis
• Assist with SHE standards, vision and culture together with the Regionand rolling out to the plant
• Communicate all incidents to SHE Management ensuring a safety culture
• Continually working towards a more sustainable plant through water, energy & waste improvement processes
• Assist with various Administrative functions
• Drives continuous improvement through implementation of BOSLE/Compass principles and best practices
• Implements and runs SHE campaigns
• Improves Ergonomics and ensures zero non-compliance machines in the plant
• SHE support on all projects
• Maintains compliance with all corporate policies and relevant governmental safety,  health and environment regulations to mitigate risks
• Ensures good communication and co-operation with all employees
• Ensure the Budget is maintained and that timelines and deliverables are met
• Promotes a respectful work environment by adhering to BENTEER values.
• Assists with training and awareness on all SHE related aspects
• Compliance with Benteler’s IATF 16949 standard.
• Always ensure compliance with all Safety, Health and Environmental Procedures, Rules and Requirements. Identifying and reporting all Incidents/Accidewnts and Unsafe Acts & Conditions. Identifying Hazards and Risk or Aspects and Impacts on the Shopfloor.
• Follow any legal and reasonable instructions given by any superior.
