Your personality 

•  Matric
•  National Diploma / B-Tech in Environmental / Safety Management.
•  Good interpersonal / communication skills,
•  Computer literacy/Excel experience
•  Relevant SHE short course,
•  Willingness to develop in SHE fields.
•  Support on occasion with Shift Work

Your opporutnity

• Supports and contributes to roll-out of the SHE strategy, SHE management system and SHE qualification in the area of responsibility 
• Checks equipment and equipment handling with respect to existing and new legal requirements and internal standards 
• Advises supervisors and employees on SHE topics
• Reviews process, methods and standards continuously and derives improvement actions
• Uses SHE tools and methods for root cause analysis in case of deviations; develops corrective actions, monitors their implementation and measures their effectiveness 
• Conducts annual reporting
• Classifies hazardous material in light of work safety and environment; contributes to the evaluation for risks
• Conducts, approves and assumes full liability of complete risk assessments and aspect registers principles.
• Assists in continual SHE improvements through projects, root cause analysis and corrective action
• Driving and improving a SHE mindset in the plant.
