Your Personality 

• Grade 12
• A postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics,Finance, or  related field will be advantageous
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing
• Proven experience in a senior or analytical procurement role
• Experience within manufacturing
• Fluent in English 
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
• Extensive SAP Experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
• Data analysis and reporting capability

Your Opportunity

• Surveils the local procurement markets.
• Negotiates with regional suppliers  in agreement with Commodity Manager;
• Carries out request for Quotations, Bid Analysis and supplier recommendations
• Conducts cost analysis activities with Cost Analysis Team
• Provides assistance to the Commodity Managers for tenders
• Responsible for everyday communication with suppliers
• Carries out contract management, incl. contract data maintenance
• Executes measures in the area of commodity reporting and performance measurement
• Develops and Updates templates, tools and Standards in conjunction with the Competence Center Ensures regular communication with internal, external interfaces
