Your personality

  • Grade 12 /Matric ,
  • National Diploma Logistics ,
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent SAP knowledge compulsory;
  • 1-3 years experience in material controlling/logistics;
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Flexible self starter with the ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines 

 

Your Opportunity 

  • Manage suppliers demands;
  • Arrange shipments from suppliers overseas and maintain stock levels;
  • Manage inbound shipments to ETA's
  • Sending releases to suppliers on weekly basis;
  • Maintaining and reporting on Ideal Stocks of Serial Inventory;
  • MRP running weekly for overseas suppliers;
  • Report writing;
  • Critical analysis of raw material;
  • Manage KPI of Overstock;
  • Timeous communication and escalation of risks
