Your personality
•National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NQF Level 6) or Electrical Mechanical trade qualified Trade.
•At least 5 years of experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
•Minimum of 5 years of maintenance planning experience in a heavy maintenance environment
•Strong knowledge of equipment and machinery
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
•Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
•Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the Automotive Industry
Your opportunity
•Work closely with business users to develop and implement an EAM roadmap across the organization.
•Contribute to the development, enhancement, and upkeep of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
•Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and machinery in the mining operation
•Coordinate maintenance activities with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders
•Monitor and track maintenance performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
•Forecast and plan for maintenance requirements, including labor, materials, and equipment
•Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities
•Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance processes and improve equipment reliability
•Maintain accurate records and documentation related to maintenance activities
•Review and assess emergency and preventative maintenance activities for continuous improvement and to ensure efficient maintenance staff allocation, stock keeping of spares and minimize downtime.
•Assist the Maintenance Engineer with the planning and execution of projects,
