Your personality 

•  Matric
• National Diploma / B-Tech in Human Resources
• Computer literate.
• Good interpersonal / communication skills.
• Good understanding of HR processes and procedures.
• Willingness to develop in HR field
 

Your Opportunity

 

• Responsible for the personnel recruitment process including:
• Ensure vacancies are placed on Success Factor and necessary authorisation is obtained from local and regional management
• Ensure vacancies are with the FY budget and recruitment is as per production volumes
• Ensure advertising, screening of applications and shortlisting of CVs is as per the requirements of the vacancy
• Recruit and select candidates timeously
• Ensure 100% administration via checklist for onboarding new employees
• Invoices for recruitment- ensure quotes and invoices are received and submit EBP’s for payment as per quotation for services via coupa purchasing system
• Supports the personnel recruitment process including posting of job descriptions, correspondence with applicants, creation of contract and offer of employment letter
• Compliance with Benteler’s IATF 16949 standard.
• Follow any legal and reasonable instructions given by any superior.
