You will collaborate closely with internal teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and equipment suppliers to ensure the successful planning and execution of plant structures, including the development of sustainable and cost-effective solutions for vehicle manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical coordination and support for structural and civil engineering aspects of new build, retrofit, and expansion projects.
  • Review and assess structural designs, calculations, and execution plans for industrial building, production floor, and supporting infrastructure.
  • Act as an interface between internal project teams, architects, engineering consultants, contractors, and equipment suppliers.
  • Support facility layout and plant development processes from a structural engineering perspective.
  • Contribute to the planning and design of sustainable, cost-effective, and regulation-compliant plant structures for vehicle manufacturing.
  • Ensure quality and technical standards throughout all project phases up to handover and commissioning.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions in line with project objectives and timelines.
  • Manage and mitigate risks related to structural integrity, construction methods, and compliance with local and international building codes.
  • Oversee the preparation of technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and compliance statements.
  • Monitor and review the performance of contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and project deadlines.
  • Support the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability in facility design and construction.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Engineering, ideally with a focus on industrial or structural design.
