About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Intern to join our Supply Chain team. This role offers hands-on experience in key logistics and production support tasks that are vital to our operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives while gaining exposure to SAP systems, Compass data management, and real-time production logistics.
What You’ll Do:
- Input and maintain data in the Saturation Calculation file (Compass-related), supporting forklift driver metrics
- Manage RLXX transactions, conduct physical inventory counts, and maintain SAP records for container tracking
- Create and maintain material handling placards used throughout production, with growing visibility in our material flow meetings
- Draft and update destination-specific shipping instructions to ensure clear logistics execution
- Conduct Move-to audits as MRPOCS approaches and MES location tracking become increasingly critical
- Support production line operations by creating side labelling and identification tools (e.g., laminated magnetic tags, scanning templates)
- Coordinate use of “cubbies” (plastic label boxes) for efficient start-of-use processes
- Assist with the removal of break time across work centers in alignment with the IBP project
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Familiarity with SAP, MES, or other ERP systems is a plus
- Interest in data accuracy, inventory control, and production logistics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
