- Completes shipping documents, invoices and customs documents 

- Responsible for accuracy data in SAP and electronically communication with the customer 

- E.g. ASN to customers and usage of customer portals 

- Orders service provider (trucks) 

- Posts incoming and outgoing goods 

- Provides support to all activities assigned by the direct supervisor. 

- Those generated by Global Skill Matrix (ViFlow). 

- Serial inventory (% of recurring departures) 

- Incidents generated by the billing process 

- Expedited freight costs 

- Customer ratings 

- Punctuality in payments by the client 

- MMOG 

- Supervise shipping associates.
