Position Responsibilities

• To Lead, advise, and direct skilled trades individuals in the troubleshooting, repair, and preventative actions of Production Equipment.  
• Completion of employee performance appraisals. 
• Equipment uptime.   
• Research and ordering of parts required for repair or outside services.
• Recommend parts required to repair machines. 
• Direct staff on where they should be working and schedule overtime as necessary.  
• Provides support to all activities assigned by the direct supervisor. 

Position Requirements

• 2+ years PLC and Industrial electrician experience required
• 2+ years working with automation technology, programming, troubleshooting, and repair required
• Metal Forming and Welding Experience Preferred but not required
• Knowledge of process analysis including pareto, 5why/8d, lean manufacturing, GD&T preferred
• Ability to train and communicate all levels of the organization
• Systematic approach to troubleshooting and problem solving with strong communication experience
• Ability to work under stressful situations, and manage complex projects
• Management experience including engagement and accountability activities
