REQUISITOS

• Ensino Médio completo;
• Experiência com preparação de tintas para retrabalho de pintura;
• Conhecimento em processos de solda MIG/MAG (desejável);
• Conhecimento em metodologias 5S e TPM/Pit Stop (desejável).

ATIVIDADES

• Operar máquinas e equipamentos conforme instruções de trabalho e normas de segurança;
• Posicionar, abastecer e retirar peças durante o processo produtivo;
• Acionar dispositivos e controles necessários para a execução das operações;
• Realizar inspeções visuais e dimensionais para garantir a qualidade dos produtos fabricados;Identificar e registrar não conformidades (peças NOK), contribuindo para a redução de perdas e retrabalhos;
• Registrar informações de liberação de máquinas e peças, assegurando a rastreabilidade do processo;
• Cumprir os padrões de qualidade, produtividade e segurança, garantindo o atendimento aos requisitos dos clientes.
