Pre-requisites
- Problem Solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proactive skills to improve the IT services
- Experience on supporting and managing external vendors
- Experience with ITSM platforms (Diserable Servicenow)
- Experience in Windows environments
Main responsibilities
- Active participation in/implementation of the incident and change process (demand-and-delivery process)
- Specialization in operational tasks in 1-2 dedicated CoE areas
- Compliance with predetermined processes and methods (incl. CMDB, Asset Mgmt.)
- Error analysis and resolution in 2nd Level Support
- Creation of IT documentation and Knowledge Base articles
- Manage devices in IT warehouse, control stocks and system registration of those
- Support users from office and shop floor considering but not limited to network, computers, scanners, tablets, printers and mobile devices
- Support end users on mobile telephony services
- Monitor internet links and connectivity, using specific and call vendors when necessary.
- Report on IT Supervisor projects and tasks that might need help
Education:
- Computer science training
- Advanced English language skills
