Requisites
Solid understanding and active experience in network standards, design, and support
Experience with different brands of network devices (ex: Ruckus, Cisco)
Experience with ITSM platforms (desirable ServiceNow)
Experience with change management, Agile methodology , Kanban and related tools
Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools. (Desirable ITCockpit)
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with coordination of external service providers

Main responsibilities

Network:

- Manage, configure and control network resources as well as communication links and telephony systems according to Global Standards for AMERICAS plants
- Implementation of proactive and reactive maintenance activities of the supervised IT systems to ensure ongoing operations, in regards to the Network environment
- Ensure that IT Global Network standards for the office and production are met in the plant.
- Plan, communicate and execute the correction to meet standards without jeopardizing business operations
- Global COE active participation, executing the Global Roadmap rollouts in all Americas plants in an organized / structured way
- Ongoing optimization of the responsible systems.
- Takeover of project management in technical or sub-projects, related to Network
- Technical leadership / coordination of external experts when required
- Provides daily support to all plants in regards to Network, escalating to Global Levels according to criticity / business impact
- Monitor and manage network critical assets in IT Cockpit, granting high availability of network services
- Perform IT Recovery exercises periodically, according to the Recovery Plan
- Create / maintain documents and procedures of network related topics

Cyber Defense:

- Vulnerability Management: support the RISE to ensure the execution of vulnerability scanning tool in all plants in Americas
- Vulnerability Management: Track the progress of vulnerability remediations, coordinating the plants to remediate open vulnerabilities, create and manage risk record in risk management system, assist in conducting verification scans after remediation to achieve closed-loop management; 
- Vulnerability Management: Track the progress of vulnerability remediations, coordinating the plants to remediate 
- EndPoint Management: Responsible for Trellix and MS Defender endpoint security systems, monitoring in real time abnormal behaviors
- EndPoint Management: handle installation failures, offline or unresponsive agents, policy synchronization anomalies, DLP and other problems; 
- EndPoint Management: Hardening for the legacy devices and machines that cannot be upgraded to reduce the risk of vulnerabilities being exploited. 
- OT Management: Cooperate in implementing the OT security management strategies and standards established by Global headquarters
- OT Management: Participate in OT system vulnerability and risk assessments, and assist in completing the security baseline configuration and hardening of OT devices

Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or IT related field of study

Network and/or Cyber Security certifications desirable

Others requirements
Minimum of 5 years of IT Operations 'hands-on' experience, with Network & Cyber Security tasks on periodic basis

Advanced English (both writing/reading and conversation)

Experience with SIEM Tools (desirable Rapid7)

Good communication skills to talk with different levels (from operators up to plant managers)

Availability for travel in Americas plants and South Africa
