We are looking for an objective Internal Plant Assessor to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, production control, and governance processes. The successful candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering, operational accounting procedures and a sound judgement. This function requires a great deal of business travel, to all our Global Production Plants.

Core Responsibilities:

• Performing the full assessment cycle including risk management and control of operational plant management over operations’ effectiveness, operations financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations in accordance to our ViFlow business process map and

BOS Compass requirements

• Obtaining, analysing and evaluating operational score cards, documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc.

• Determine internal assessment scope and develop annual assessment plans

• Prepare and present reports that reflect assessment results and document process for operational improvements

• Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement

• Identify weaknesses, recommend risk mitigation measures and cost savings

• Maintain open communication with management and pillar owners committee

• Document process and prepare comprehensive assessment reports

• Conduct follow up assessments to monitor management’s interventions

• Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules,

 regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards

 Skill requirements:

• Bachler and or Master degree in Operations/ Supply Chain Management/ Project Management / Business Administration and or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Automotive Industry.
• Global Mobility & Flexibility: Extensive availability for domestic and international travel, license driving and valid passport available.
• Cultural intelligence & Adaptability: Ability to navigate diverse corporate environments, tailoring audit approaches to fit local contexts while maintaining global standards.
• Influential Communication & Diplomacy: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings clearly and assertively to stakeholders at all levels. Fluent / Advanced language skill
• Resilience & Agility: High Capacity to maintain technical rigor and performance in unfamiliar environments.
