Your Role

As Plant Manager, you are fully responsible for the operational and financial performance of the manufacturing site. You lead the plant safely and efficiently, ensuring high product quality, reliable delivery, and continuous improvement in a global industrial environment. 

Your Key Responsabilities

• Lead  and manage all plant operations with full P&L responsibility
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets are achieved 
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives 
• Manage budgets, costs, inventories, and working capital 
• Ensure stable product launches and disciplined change management (APQP) 
• Develop, lead, and retain a high‑performing leadership team and workforce 
• Maintain strong customer relationships and represent the plant internally and externally 
  

Your profile

• University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business (MBA preferred)
• Min. 7 years of manufacturing experience, incl. 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Ability to negotiate and maintain relationships wit works councils 
• Aability to drive transformation programs  
• Strong background in operations, cost management, and team leadership 
• Spanish (native or fluent) and English (advanced, C1) 
• Hands‑on, structured leader with a strong safety and performance mindset 
• Mandatory to attach a motivation letter
