Your opportunity:

• The holder of the position will be responsible for the management of audit software tools, procedures, templates, performing of audits and the management of the external certification process 
• Responsible for division: Automotive Components (BAC), BENTELER Automotive Modules (BAM) in all markets and Global Business Functions & Service, Holding Functions (BIAG, BBS)
• Develops, implements and maintains the audit management software tool and rolls it out globally 
• Leads projects to develop the existing tools (e.g., SAP BI, Digitalization), including responsibility for the project budget
• Identifies improvement potentials in the audit management tool, evaluates the implementation options and aligns with internal and external stakeholders and implements in the tool
• Consults and supports in the implementation of internal and external audits, e.g., customer and supplier audits in the audit management tool
• Plans, executes internal system and process audits based on internal standards and presents the result to management of the audited area
• Plans, coordinates external audits with the audited area and the certification bodies
• Develops and conducts training courses and workshops

Your personality:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in Quality Management
• University degree (preferable technical studies)
• ISO 9001 auditor
  - Certified IATF 16949 auditor
  - Certified VDA 6.3 process auditor
  - Expert in Visual Basic for Applications
  - excellent written and verbal English language skills
