Your opportunity:

• Translates customer expectations/specifications to internal quality requirements and ensures their actuality.
• Collaborates as a project team member from acquisition to series production and change requests (CR) using standard quality methods.
• Initiates and supports feasibility studies, tolerance development, and planning of Poka Yoke.
• Moderates, creates, and maintains FMEAs (D-FMEA, P-FMEA), including the derivation of special characteristics and production control plans (PCP).
• Contributes to the development of test methods and equipment, including concept approvals.
  
• Initiates and supports statistical process control within the project launch.
• Initiates and maintains IMDS requirements until successful PPAP release.
• Handles and maintains quality relevant topics in customer portals.
  Prepares and supports gate relevant work packages on time.
• Supports the prototype production and delivery approval.
• Supports run@rates, including the creation of initial product audit checklists.
• Participates in process and system audits within the organization.
  
• Supports the Plant Quality Engineer in the initial sampling procedure (PPAP/PPA) during the project launch phase.

Your personality: 

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in Quality Management
• University degree (preferable technical studies)
• Valuable:
  • ISO 9001 auditor
    - Certified IATF 16949 auditor
    - Certified VDA 6.3 process auditor
    - Expert in Visual Basic for Applications
    - Excellent written and verbal English language skills
