Position Responsibilities:

• Ensure process steps are driven from Purchasing active side and work with project leaders for customer approvals as necessary
• Designs, implements and continuously enhances IT-systems (conceptually) for purchasing (SAP, SRM, eSourcing etc.)
• Manages project including budget responsibility for the implementation of resource activities
• Conducts relations and partner management with all business partners and internal interfaces for relevant topics
• Supports Commodity Directors and Managers methodologically on developing/drafting supplier nominations, Rfq’s and vendor documentation
• Conducts Benchmarks – For resourcing activities outlined by Directors and Managers
• Conducts necessary tech reviews with all parties present for sign off approvals

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
• 2+ years experience in Purchasing or Project Management
• SAP Experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools
• Skill in the following areas: Negotiation, Cost Analysis, Project management
