Pré-requisitos:

• Graduação concluída ou em andamento em Engenharia de Produção ou correlatas;

• Inglês intermediário;

• Conhecimento em Pacote Office e PowerBI;

• Experiência prévia em ambiente industrial ou na área de Produção.

Principais atividades:

• Implementar ferramentas e padrões alinhados com os conceitos do Lean Manufacturing;

• Realizar crono análise na linha, buscando redução de NVA e muda no processo produtivo.

• Desenvolver Dashboards com indicadores de produção;

• Conduzir análise e solução de problemas com metodologia A3;

• Assessorar líderes de produção na elaboração de estratégias para redução de custo e melhorias no processo;

• Ministrar os treinamentos de melhoria contínua e desdobramento dos padrões do programa de excelência operacional (Compass);

• Acompanhar diariamente a eficiência dos equipamentos, e identificar os gargalos de produção, sugerindo oportunidades de melhoria de produtividade e redução de desperdícios.

• Ser o responsável por monitorar e auxiliar o departamento na implementação dos padrões estabelecidos pelo programa de excelência operacional (Compass) e padrões BENTELER;
