Carries out the annual survey of training needs for all employees, keeping track of evidence of training carried out.

Provides training related to the Human Resources area when necessary.

Responsible for development programs, in accordance with regional policy.

Responsible for the plant's recruitment and selection processes, carrying out a survey of vacancy needs, selection processes, from the beginning to the end of the process. 

Executes and plans the plant's engagement actions, as well as employee recognition programs.

Keeps the plant's communication boards up to date, including relevant information on the main corporate events, as well as newsletters and announcements of vacancies and courses.

Updates KPIs for the Training and Development and Recruitment and Selection areas.

Participates in internal and external audits when necessary.

Responsible for material goods, information, documents and cash in his/her custody, ensuring the preservation of BENTELER's assets and confidentiality in relation to projects and data restricted to the position or area of work.

Participate in internal and external training courses, as directed or requested by the immediate superior, seeking knowledge and/or specialization in matters inherent to BENTELER's business, area of activity or position held, as well as technical improvement and updating, with a view to professional development.
