Your opportunity

• Perform improvement activities about Quality related KPIs such as “Non quality Cost, FTTQ, PPM, Customer Claim”.
• Conducting all analysis/countermeasures for customer claims in production lines with using problem solving methods 8D/A3 and information share with stakeholders.
• Analysis of scrap & reworks daily and manage all these nonconforming parts and quarantine area.
• Ensure product conformity with controls or tests according to Control plan and ensure standardized work instructions in use and effective.
• Performing audits, Product and Layout audit in plant and performing VDA 6.3
• Process audits and IATF 16949 Quality Management System Internal Audits in global as a global auditor.
• Participating/conducting customer specific audits such as Ford Q1, Renault ASES, Daimler VDA 6.3, JLR, FCA Audits.
• Performing SPC studies for all special characteristics that defined in technical drawing.
• Performing MSA studies for all equipment that defined in control plan.
• Managing laboratory tests (hardness, tensile, welding penetration, roughness, thinning, torque, compress, etc.)
• Leading process improvement activities
• Train the employee to improve quality awareness and continuous improvement mentality.
• Support the creation of “PFMEA and Control Plan” during project phase.
• Managing all quality related tests and present results in PPAP.
• Participate Run@Rate process and perform SPC studies.
• Ensure 100% part controls during ramp up period.
• Ensure process suitability with performing Reverse-FMEA process.
• Preparation of Master/boundary samples in project phase.

Your personality

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Materials & Metallurgical Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Engineer
• Advanced user of MS Office programs
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Competent in teamwork
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of quality control processes assurance in automotive sector
