Departments such as purchase, HR, controlling and marketing are forming the basis for a successful company. Strong and long-term relationships to our suppliers enable enormous competitive advantages. Employees as the most important part of the company are developed, encouraged and exercised by HR. In order that everything is running smoothly and most effectively our controlling department governs, controls and monitors all financial activities. Finally, the external communication and the marketing of our newest innovations and developments take place in the marketing department. Communication across locations of all plants together with central departments is making a company like ours successful.
